A modern cozy house for up to 10 people with a large garden, wellness facilities with
two saunas and a relaxation area, a hot tub and an outdoor pool.
The house is close to a ski slope and a children’s park with lots of attractions. It is
located in the beautiful surroundings of the Krkonoše in the village of Mladé Buky
near Trutnov.
The surrounding area offers plenty of sports activities such as hiking, cycling, golf,
skiing, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, but it also offers plenty of activities
for families with children.

The house has two floors – on the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom with a
shower and a toilet, a spacious hall with a coat hanger and a heated dryer for shoes and
gloves, a kitchen with a spacious kitchen unit equipped with Bosch appliances such as
an oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher, induction hob.
The kitchen is pleasantly lit by LEDs. There is also an electric kettle, soda stream, coffee
maker, toaster and full kitchen equipment. You can enjoy a good drink at the small bar with
three chairs. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and living room.
Between the dining room and the kitchen, a comfortable window sofa invites you to relax,
and the dining room invites you to a large oak dining table with a view of the entire garden.
The living room has a spacious sofa, a large-screen TV with ambilight lighting, and
the whole atmosphere of comfortable rest is complemented by an electric fireplace
insert. Bluetooth sound system will complete the pleasant atmosphere.
From the living room there is an entrance to the wellness area with an infrared sauna
and a Finnish sauna for 4-5 people, there is also a toilet and two showers. Of course,
there are also deckchairs for relaxing. The entire room is pleasantly backlit, complete
with Bluetooth sound system and a large-screen TV.
From the wellness corner there is a glass door with access to the garden and the hot
tub.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms for 2 people, 5 people, 3 people and a bathroom
with shower and toilet.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with solid larch furniture, quality mattresses with
memory foam, spacious wardrobes and large-screen TVs.
There are parking places for up to 5 cars with the possibility of electric charging at the
house. A ski room and bike room with electric charging and racks for skis.
